Utira Library Missing Textures

After defeating Nora/ Damien (chose Nora if that is any use) and entering the library all I see is black. Upon walking slightly upwards I see and can interact with NPCs, go through doorways and be blocked by walls, but I cannot see any bookshelves or walls etc., just a black background. http://imgur.com/LADNhYR

I had the same problem, make sure the files in graphics for the patch are properly copied and pasted.
