I don't think you installed the patch correctly (specifically, the tilesets). Try downloading the core (or if you did, do it again).

I'm not having this issue, my library is fully textured.

You either did not install correclty, or are having a memory related problem. Restart your game, if this does not work, reinstall

Ok, feel free to delete this. Apparently I put in everything, except the tilesets.
