All fainted pokemon after a battle

So I was in a battle and the npc used destiny bond while I had one pokemon left, I 1 hit the opponent with my own pokemon fainting in the process. When the battle was over instead of going to the pokemon center I was still in the gym with all fainted pokemon... When I started a battle it obviously crashed.You can see the picture of it here sorry i only have paint on my backup pc.
