No Black-Out Glitch

I was playing the beginning of Insurgence, and I lost a battle in the forest (I was out of PP, it's a long story). What ended up happening was that my last pokemon and the opponent's last pokemon fainted at the same time. However, it didn't send me immediately back to the Poke Center like it should, and I started to work my way back. I had a wild encounter, and my game glitched out and crashed.
