Bug during 2nd Broadcast Tower mission

Started the mission and eventually caught the Delta Grimer and afterwards the camera crew let me know they got the footage, as it should, but then, right after I pressed pass the dialogue, the encounter scene happened again and I fought the Grimer again, and then the camera crew said the same thing, then I fought the Grimer and I could not get out of this loop and I had to close out the game. Reopened the game to my save, in the desert to catch the grimer, and it happened again. Pretty much a game breaking bug.
