delta grimer problem

Every time I defeat/catch or run away from the Delta grimer the Reporters tell me that they have everything on tape and I should come back, but right after this text I get attacked by Delta grimer another time and this happens everytime again if I defeat/catch it or run away from it , so I´m stucking there.
