Goons Blocking me from Audrey

So um.... i got trapped from retreating from audrey. I did not have the correct team in place, neither did I have pokemon high enough level. So I went into my pokegear and leveled up a bit until all of my pokemon died.

I black out and i'm back at the pokemon center without actually talking to audrey. Now goons block me from getting back to her. (I would assume this same problem would happen via using an escape rope?) What can I do now? :/

This issue was not fixed. I was told to email suze my game file, so I sent my .gamedata file or something like that. He responded to send my .rxdata file instead. Sent that too, no response.
