People can bump into other people People can be startled! E.g. ifthey don't percieve anyone as being close, and then suddenly someone speaks behind them. Startled people scream and drop their precious vases.

People blame/grudge other people for dropping someone and breaking it. People blame other people for continually sneaking and startling them. People yry and shift blame if they don't percieve they're at fault, or xounterblame someone if they're blamed and they believe it was due to someone else.

People come running at the sound of a scream or something being broken and ask the person if they're OK, or call the police etc

People kind of herd towards a commotion.
