Delete file from remote server when deleting it locally

If we delete a code file locally, we should be prompted to delete it from the remote server as well. I think the remote server delete would need to happen first, so if it fails for some reason the local file isn't deleted.

I know in MM there's a whole separate command for deleting the remote file + local file vs just the local file, so maybe this can be added that way? Not sure what your options are for backing out of a file delete.
