Display initial and first name in Customer finder drop down

Is there a chance to display the initial and first name if available when we pick up a customer’s surname during an order process. Currently we can see the surname and beginning of an address, which is very helpful already. Confusions only occur when we have partners ordering for each other or several people with the same name and a very similar address.
