Date in and Collection date to be more visible

we would need to be able to see a 'date in' and 'collection date' after an order has been made, processed and picked up by a customer (at the moment it automatically keeps the date a product is processed, which generally happens a day or two after the item was picked up)

Resolves issue #8 added a new "Finished by" field as a string, Date Collection is untouched, but not as visible now
