Feature request for using swimlanes in Team Wallboard Gadgets in JIRA cloud

We are trying to migrate dashboards using Agile Wallboard functionality from JIRA-Server to use Team Wallboard gadget in SaaS. The Server version of the gadget allows to have view by priority but this is not available in the SaaS plug-in. Requesting guidance if this functionality can be replicated.

We need to urgently make a decision with respect to this gadget so that we can complete testing and and provision the plug-in license if it meet requirement.

Thanks for posting.

At this moment the gadget does not support swim-lanes, so the functionality cannot be replicated.

We might add this feature in the near future, but I cannot provide an exact ETA at this moment.

We are actively working on this request.

The Jira REST API is still limited and does not offer details about the board swim-lanes, but we will do our own implementation.

We will develop this feature incrementally. The first swim-lanes will be available this week.

Swim-lanes were added to the Cloud version, multiple types being now available:

• By epics
• By priority
• By story (parent tasks)
• By assignee
• By project

We also plan to add swim lanes by custom JQL queries in the near future.
