scroll bars on chart when browser zoom is less than 100%

Greetings!

I notice when the control chart gadget paints with a Chrome browser zoom of less than 100%, scroll bars are displayed. Is this the expected behavior? Please note that when the data table is viewed and you then return to the chart view, the chart re-paints and the scroll bars are removed.

For my attached images, the chart shown was on a dashboard using the 3 column layout and the browser zoom was 90%.
