Spotlights unable to change colour.

KSP is retarded, so animating the light turning on stops it from being able to change colour.

    Hey bac, can you please edit the animations for the spotlights so that they only turn on the emissive (and in the shielded light, open the panel).

    I can now change colour on the non-shielded spotlights, but they're always on. Send me the source files, I'll play with them until it works?
