The Torture Chamber would be a new UB for the Sheaim.

Torture Chamber (Replaces Dungeon): 120 hammers. Requires Masonry. Provides -50% War Weariness (instead of 25%). It could use the breeding pit art as placeholder art for now, although I should check MoM and other mods for suitable art first.
