Koun traits

joseasoler repo owner created an issue

With the new Adventurer Counter mechanics, Command Posts no longer grant points and therefore Koun cannot use his traits to get more adventurers than Cassiel. Koun already paled next to the Adaptive archangel, but now he is no longer even a valid option in comparison. Because of this, he will get Tolerant too.
