View->Show Trees upon opening a cdt file

When I open a cdt file, the View menu has a "Show Trees" option instead of "Hide Trees". When I select it, the menu thereafter has the proper item depending on the visibility of the trees.

resolves #146; using getDivLoc() in setupLayout was useless because no JPanel had a certain size yet as it was not made visible at this point. Using config file stored or default values instead
