Lilo can not use UUID if the initrd is not present

We need to either create an initrd for enabling UUID in lilo or avoid UUID when no initrd is present.

    The initrd decission comes from toggling the bootsplash checkbox on the bootloader step of the installer. I believe the best option is to revisit the way the initrd is disabled and instead of booting without initrd, do it the correct way... disable the actual bootsplash from the initrd, that way the boootloader will still work.
