Merged in m0e_lnx/vinstall (pull request #28)
This stuff is already being used in the 7.2 alpha builds. Fixes a few bugs from vinstall/vl72 and adjusts a couple of things on the framework.
Add methods for running a program (even in an alternate root) and capturing its output
Add a backend API for generating and manipulating a mkinitrd.conf file
Do not offer LiLO bootloader
Remove old outdated fix for libkmod which now causes problems. This has been addressed in the kmod package itself on VLCore/vl72
Disable creating the initrd. We dont need it if we dont use bootsplash
grub2 use UUID for installation by default
Re-enabled initrd, but dropped video modules off it
Do not offer option to disable bootsplash. It is disabled by default
Add cgroup entries to fstab
fix indentation error and default splash_opt to false on bootloader setup
Restore Lilo bootloader option
Do not enable gpm service by default
Eliminate need for scrollbars on user setup screen
Fixes VLCore/vl72 #7. Offer timezone and hwclock options on user setup page for automatic mode
