Terminal displays command tips that are not included on the default installation

When opening terminal, the user is presented with the following:

Frequently used programs: Configuration : vasm File manager : mc (press F2 for useful menu) Editor : mcedit, nano, vi

vasm, mc, and mcedit are not included with the default installation and therefore will not work.
