Contributing more details to this error:

The wired item will not save the presets. If you click save, the dialogue closes as should. When you re-double click the Wf_act_give_reward furniture item, and the dialogue re-opens, all your presets are lost.

Assuming you are intending to only give out one badge, you can use Interaction Type wf_act_give_badge for Item wf_act_give_reward, for now.
