Floating prop in the central town

There is a floating prop (probably a picture) in the central town.

The prop only appears if you stand behind it and some distance away from it, it dissapears if you move closer and it does not even appear if you look at it from the other side.

Location: (in this image, the cemetery is directly behind you)

When I exited the game and changed servers, the picture was still there, so the issue persists and can be recreated.
