File attachment in Bug Tracker.

When you try to attach a file using the bug- tracker in-game, you need to alt+tab to select the file, when you select the file then click open the screen flashes back to full-screen and the menu UI is cut off with no scroll-bar.

Edit:Also tried in Windowed mode with same result.
