<Product-name>

Please add here the context and main motivation underlying the development of your product.

Add also here the names of all team elements (name, email), including who is playing the roles of ProductOwner and ScrumMaster.

<application domain name; e.g. Trip Planning>

Describe here in a very synthetic way, the main results of your domain analysis, i.e. the main concepts, terms, roles, scope and boundaries of the application domain addressed by the project. Include also here examples of the most relevant solutions existing in the market that somehow are related or compete with your product.

Vision

The product vision statement should be defined to help members of the team into focusing their often disparate views of the product into a concise, visual, and short textual form. The vision should provide a "high concept" of the product for marketers, developers, and managers.

Themes, epics and user stories

Describe here the main themes that you used to organise your stories, eventually enumerating some of their epics, but do not enumerate the user stories here, since those should be described in pivotal tracker.

User Interface Prototype

Link here a page that lists all the mockups you defined to support all your user stories.

Architecture

Short description of the system's architecture and of the motivations and choices that lead to it. Focus on the choices that were harder to make and/or that made a bigger impact on the final solution (E.g., Do you have modules communicating via REST? Are you integrating with any other systems? Is the system decomposed in independent services or does it run as a single process? Why are you using a NoSQL database?)

Vertical Functional Prototype

Link here the running version of your vertical prototype, a functional prototype implementing a very small yet representative set of features of your product.

References

List here all the important references for your product, including the urls of your git repository, pivotal tracker, product competitors, documents, etc.
