Some problems with shortcuts

This is on Xubuntu 20.04 with Xfce

Crop tool.

TOOLBAR_TOOLTIP_CROP;<b>Crop</b> selection.\nShortcut: <b>Shift-c</b>\nMove the crop using <b>Shift</b>+<b>mouse drag</b>\nResize the crop using <b>Ctrl</b>+<b>mouse drag</b>.

Shift+mouse drag does nothing, just mouse drag to move the crop.

Resize Ctrl+mouse drag: makes a new crop instead of a resize. Just resize by moving the crop borders.

Info key.

In Edit window, the I key no longer shows some basic info like file name and iso. Has unexpectedly changed to Shift+i.

In Inspector window, hitting the I key toggles the info below the thumbnails, as does Shift+I. No info about the opened photo.
