Export to GIMP (edit with external editor) error, and a question

When i try to export my RAW (.CR2) to GIMP, it doesn’t open GIMP. Instead, when i inspecting the terminal, it outputs this when exporting:

gimp: symbol lookup error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libjson-glib-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: g_objec
t_new_with_properties

And also, do you plan to make GIMP plugin to load RAWs through ART, just like RawTherapee plugin on GIMP?

Anyway, i run ART from Kubuntu 21.10, with latest ART linux build from Downloads (ART 1.12), and GIMP version 2.10.24 from Kubuntu repositories.

Looks like a problem with environment variables. Are you using the linux64 build? Can you try with the AppImage (https://apprepo.de/appimage/art) or even better by building ART for Ubuntu 21.10?

Yes, I’m using the linux64 build. I recently try with AppImage too but no luck, GIMP still not opening. Maybe i’ll try to build ART on Ubuntu 21.10, and see if the problem persists.
