Italian translation (partial)

Hello Alberto,

I’ve taken the Italian translation of RawTherapee (last updated in 2014) and adapted it to Art 1.12.1. About half of the file isn’t translated but that means that the other half IS! Perhaps we can find an Italian user of Art who wants to finish this, on pixls.us perhaps.

Up to you if you want to include this partial translation with the existing language files or keep it apart until an Italian translator has finished the job.
