update openSUSE wiki

Hello,

the wiki needs a small update about ART’s availability on openSUSE

• for Tumbleweed, the user can now simply install ART from the official repo (sudo zypper in ART)
• for Leap 15.3 and 15.4, the user must install ART using opi (sudo zypper in opi and then sudo opi ART and select the one from graphics)

I’ll gladly do it @agriggio , but I can’t edit the wiki (https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/art/wiki/Home). The info I’m talking about is written there, so I can’t provide diff.

You can clone the wiki (there’s a button in the top-right of the pages) and then attach here a git diff
