Re-arrange Color Correction panel

Hello, I propose to re-arrange the order in which masks are shown, on top of the Color Correction panel. By default there is always a slider visible, that hides the most important part of this window: the name of the mask and the checkmarks. I think a photographer is less interested in those numbers and more interested in the mask name and if it is activated or not. See attached file, I had to expand the right panel a lot.

So mask name left, then the power button, then the numbers.

And tooltips would be welcome here as well, for those icons on the right (copy, new, delete…).
