OOC Jpeg portrait orientation ignored

I shoot RAW+JPEG. For portrait shots ART seems to ignore the orientation for the JPEGs, RAW is fine. The issue affects File Browser and Editor.

Converted JPEGs seem to be uneffected.

properly handle exif orientation

translate the tag value to string using the exiftool way, to be compatible with RT. Fixes issue #4
