Spot removal: swap the ++ for S and D?

Spot removal: Ctrl+click creates a circle and if one moves it, a second circle appears. Both have a + sign in the middle, it would be good (more clear to the user) to change that to S for source and D for destination.

It would not be very ‘localisation friendly’. But maybe something can be made different, maybe different colors?!?

Funny you say that, as this morning I realised that those proposed S and D above translate both to B in Dutch! (bron and bestemming). Different colors is a better idea indeed, red for the spot to be removed, green for the clean surrounding area.
