End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Alexandr Pustovit] (“Vendor”) and the individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Vendor’s software application (“Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License Grant. Vendor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Software or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Vendor.

3. Ownership. The Software is owned by Vendor and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

4. Warranty Disclaimer. The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Vendor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Software and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

5. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Vendor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software. In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall the Vendor be liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the Software (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses).

6. Privacy Policy. The Vendor does not collect, store or transfer any customer data through the Software.

7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic.

8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vendor with respect to the Sofware and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
