Quarantine pagination

While you're on the subject of Quarantine -- it seems that in v2.0.1 that the search/filter of quarantine records is not working. I've attempted to search/filter the daily results based on what should be known "hits" and it does not matter what I type -- the list of daily quarantine emails does not change.

Same issue exists when you go into each individual daily list of quarantined emails - I am unable to search/filter the list based on known good criteria (what should result in a hit) nor criteria that would be totally unwatchable.

Yep I see that search in quarantine files is not working at all. Will fix it next rls

- changed status to resolved
fix ~~#302~~ - add pagination to quarantine + fix search
