Per "Account" Relay Limits not working

I have set up relay limits per account - they do not seem to work, as the "counts" field remains always empty:

This selector apply to every account separately so it would make no sense to show sum of all accounts

Thanks for clarifying; now I understand how the wildcard works! I thought the limit would not apply to each account, but to all accounts affected in total.
