More Cron errors

The following cron errors seem to reoccur nightly following the upgrade to 2.0.11.

error: rsyslog:13 duplicate log entry for /var/log/messages
error: failed to compress log /var/log/nginx/access.log.1
error: failed to compress log /var/log/nginx/error.log.1
error: failed to compress log /var/log/rspamd/rspamd.log.1
invoke-rc.d: could not determine current runlevel
invoke-rc.d: policy-rc.d denied execution of rotate.
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1
