Disabled accounts can still authenticate and send mail via submission

Applied to poste pro 2.0.20 but according to my logs also earlier versions:
A disabled account is still able to authenticate and send out mail via submission (port 587).

Do you have client source IP in whitelist?

No, I don't have any whitelist entries.

And relayed IPs? Thing is I don't see any way to send email without beeing whitelisted or relayed when account is disabled. (also you can send me log of this connection to sh@poste.io)
