automatic row added on (re)boot to config.inc.php

After every docker update or reboot of the application.
The following line:

$config['mail_domain'] = '';

is added at the end of the config.inc.php file.
Eventually after rebooting several times, the boottime will increase.

The system is running without problems with these additional lines.

Currently running:
