WooCommerce Compatibility - PayPal Standard Only

We need to make sure that our WooCommerce compatibility only triggers when PayPal Standard is enabled.

For example, I just installed this plugin on my live site, which does have WooCommerce enabled, however, I am not using the PayPal Standard extension. Therefore, IPNs that hit my site do not need to be forwarded to WooCommerce even though WC itself is enabled.

Just to be clear, I'm not sure whether or not this is forwarding in my scenario or not. It's just something that I thought about, and I want to be sure that it is not sending in those types of cases.
