Forwarder URL Filter

Not sure if this should be created in this repo or the Forwarder repo (or both).

Customer is requesting the ability to filter the IPN list based on the IPN URL that the IPN was sent to.

For example, if they're using the Forwarder and they have 10 different IPN URLs setup, they want to be able to filter the IPN list by either their primary IPN URL (the one the free, base plugin provides for them) or one of the URLs they have configured in the Forwarder.

So we'll probably need to add a "name" to each of the URLs somebody has in their Forwarder settings, and then each of those names would show up in the general IPN list in a filter drop down. Just remember we'll also need to be able to filter by the base URL the plugin provides.
