re-opening of geometry file while data file loaded will not remove variables from data file

This can lead to unmatching geo and dat/lst.

This is caused by not remove dat/lst object from model when re-loading a geometry file. (Variable dependency was working fine as the variables were loaded back automatically after geo, because dat/lst was never deleted.)
