Lot of features can be obtained from n-best lists. However, currently the tool only reads and emits the model scores that are present in the n-best list for each hypothesis.

They are not listed, because they depend on the decoder that produced the n-best list. Example scores are the translation scores, alignment scores, distortion scores, and their variations.
