Manga Relationships Parsing

We are currently not parsing all the Manga relationships what we should do ^^

Slated for next API release. Given how MAL has updated the relationship listings it should be very easy to capture all relations, but the data structure in replies will need to change. I'll slate this for the next major API release.

Taking the issue. I'm planning on expanding relationships for API 2.1.

As this would change existing output, I'm pushing this back to API 3.0. That may or may not be the next release depending on what features and changes are stable when the time comes.
