No Loot at Oil Rig

After recent changes/updates, there is no longer any loot at the Oil Rig. I believe a new mapgrouppos.xml will need to be generated using the init.c method, but care needs to be taken because it seems generating them sometimes causes random loot piles to appear across the map (see issue https://bitbucket.org/anzuswargames/dayzoffline.chernarusplus/issues/10/random-loot-piles-spawning ).

Closed since we removed the Oil Rig due to major issues with it after a recent update.
