Allow users (with project admin access) to edit/delete issues that have been created by other users.

Please Enhance the functionality of the add on to allow users (with project admin access) to edit/delete issues that have been created by other users. In the current state all changes to the scheduled issues will need to be done by other team who has jira-administrator access in the event that the team member who created the issue is not available.

The reported issue
#218is a duplicate of https://bitbucket.org/apdc/the-scheduler/issues/172/default-share therefore I resolve the current one.Please be advised that the desired enhancement is to be added in the version 5.x - version 4.x won't be included with it.
