HTML tooltips and filtering

This is similar to issue #172 where UX is interpreting HTML tooltips literally with the <span> tag instead of showing just the value in certain situations where the user would not want to see the HTML code.

Take for example a situation where we are using the attribute below on the row dimension. When we try to filter on the first column, the HTML code for the tooltip is shown instead of the value displayed on the table.
