Exporting to Excel tables using row span breaks the upload format

When exporting to Excel a table which uses row span, the user only gets one row from the first dimension.

When uploaded directly to the XLS upload widget, Apliqo will take all the rows as empty and keep the value only on the first one.

This must be fixed either on the XLS upload widget or on the export functionality

The issue is changed to enhancement as export to excel and load to excel are 2 separate features and there are 2 potential workarounds:

1. Disable the rowspan;
2. Request to the user to disable the row span on the excel sheet before the upload

At the moment the excel upload widget doesn't support row span format, however we will have it in consideration for future releases.
