Page rendering error or unable to delete comment after converting nested comment to answer

Under certain circumstances you might not be able to render an answer page anymore or you can’t delete certain comments or answers after you have converted a nested comment to answer.

Steps to reproduce:

Create an answer
Reload
Create a comment to the answer
Reload
Covert the comment to answer
Reload
Delete the comment which was converted to answer
Reload
Try to delete the original answer
You get an error message. The logs will show a message that a comment was not found (the comment from step 7).

In order to delete the comment or render the page again you need to re-start Confluence.
