Attempting to use the installer script in a directory with spaces causes an error

Attempt to run the windows installer in a directory that has spaces

The below occurs:

Java JDK located. Checking if data-collector service exists.
Attempting to install data-collector service.
'""C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue . . .

It should work with spaces
