Mailroom notification stoped working

No notification is being sent out to HipChat client since 16th March for any new email.

It is for us. We get emails eventually, sometimes days after it was sent.

We are having the same issue. Reset the email address to no avail. Emails going out but not appearing on the HipChat room(s).
