Showing all sub-tasks of parent even if they don't match the Custom JQL

Issue #152 resolved
Laurent Quevedo created an issue

Hi, it seems that with some new changes in Jira integration, now if your Parent issue matches the JQL, it will show all Sub-tasks inside that Parent issue.

For example, I want to only see the issues I have current “In Progress”, so I created a JQL to filter all issues with status “In Progress”. With this, I wanted to only see the Story and it’s Sub-tasks that I’m currently working on, but it is showing even Sub-tasks in “To Do” and in “Done” statuses.

  • If you have a Sub-task matching the JQL and not the Parent issue, it should still show the Parent issue of that Sub-task, so that you can see what that sub-task is related to
  • But, if the Parent issue is matching the JQL and the Sub-task not, it makes no sense to show all Sub-tasks

Any response on this? This feature is really unusable if it won’t filter correctly my issues, and it was already working correctly in the beginning…
